Well, here be my first post on a bright Wednesday morning. My name is Graham O’Neale, I’m a 25 year old software architect from the Gold Coast, Australia (more info available on me and my interests at the bottom of this blog) and over the last few months I’ve often found that I have increasingly found stuff I want to write down, somewhere, someplace, to myself, to the world and I just need to put it somewhere; usually realated to technology and software development and my findings.
So here goes nothing, my attempt at a blog.
So my tiny little space on the Internet will mainly be devoted to technology and software development, paying particular attention to the wonderful world of programming particularly in the Microsoft .NET Platform space and various other Microsoft technologies.
Ah, programming. The idioms, oddities and idiocincrices you offer. What a great “love-hate” relationship we have with each other. It’s a bit like exercising really, you really want to give it your best, you know you will feel proud of yourself and rewarded at the end, but you also understand it will be hard work, and at one point or another there is pain involved
But it doesn’t have to be as hard with others involved! I guess what I am really trying to say is if you are a software developer, you will know that it’s great to stumble upon advice from others and pick up any new tips along the way. So I have started this blog to try to share just that and any other findings which may prove useful along the way…
So without further ado, I am itching to write a post on a very annoying SQL Server 2008 issue I had the other night…
PS. I’ve been meaning to put up this blog post for a while now, so I have been collecting a list of stuff I wish to write about, so you may just see an instant spam of about 5 posts in a row over the next couple of days to catch up
