Updates to Multi Threaded Samples Application – Now in Technicolor!

Hi Guys,

Well it didn’t take me too long before I was feeling uncomfortable with the code base for my multi-threaded samples application already (7 days in fact). I have now updated it to hopefully be more precise and clearer, it now has more polished examples and a few superfluous code-bits have been removed. The number of examples has also been changed from 7 to 9. ;)
